Fab Metal, LLC provides a wide variety of machined parts, sheet metal parts, fabricated and mechanical assemblies, wet painting and surface preparation services. Our processes are suited principally for the production of high quality, close tolerance parts and assemblies, such as required by the makers of electronic and electromechanical devices.
Fab Metal, LLC offers many "Other Services". We offer a quick turn prototype / production line. We work with various plastics including but not limited to delrin, lexan, nylon, ABS, PVC, acrylics, and polycarbonates. We also offer engineering services; such as design engineering and reverse engineering.
On behalf of the Knoxville Volunteer Emergency Rescue Squad, thank you for your very generous gift of the metal patient transport frame and the extrication tool stands your company designed and made for our mini-ambulance (off road Mule) and our rescue truck. Every year our mini-ambulance covers large events like UT Football games, Boom's Day, community races, as well as, rescue calls on House Mountain and other off road situations.
