The Fall River Fly Fishing House is situated on the upper Fall River where the crystal clear waters make it a fisherman's dream. The view of the river, surrounding pastures and mountains from the large deck and house complete the picture.
The boat launch, dock and access are next door to the house and nearby attractions will round out your vacation dreams. The two-story house has everything you need: four bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, a large deck with barbecue and much more. Fishing is with artificial lures and barbless hooks only.

The Fall River Fly Fishing House is a four-bedroom, two-bath home with river access and a dock on the coveted Upper Fall River-one of the Nation's top fly fishing waterways! In addition to fishing, you can relax on the large deck, enjoying nature's spectacular scenery while having all the amenities at your fingertips including high speed Internet.
The house is located within 200 yards of one of the area's best places to dine: Spinner Falls Restaurant. Other dining options include a number of restaurants in Fall River Mills, McArthur and Burney (all within a half hour's drive). Golfing at one of California's favorite golf courses, Fall River Valley Golf & Country Club, is only 10 minutes away.
Minimum stay is two nights. A $100.00 advance deposit is required within ten (10) days of your reservation. You will be emailed or faxed the combinations to gates and house once your deposit has been received. All reservations canceled are subject to a cancellation charge of $35.00. Maximum occupancy is two persons per bedroom.
