Scott Paschal and his father had farmed their land in Brush Creek for decades. In 2005 new Tennessee state laws threatened to demolish their livelihood, not to mention years of family history. In 2006, they found a solution in the growing of grapes. Together with Scott and Rebecca's three sons, they converted several acres of farmland into a vineyard.
