American Auto Glass Inc. is your local original equipment glass company serving Northern Minnesota since 1997 and now North Dakota. We have two locations to better serve you. There are different types of glass, brands, quality, etc. The main focus for American Auto Glass Inc. is to insure that the installation is done in such a fashion that the structural integrity is not compromised when the installation is completed, we use OEM quality parts. When you are paying for a policy that says you should receive OEM parts, or like kind and quality that's what we feel you should get, and we help you with that process.
We have heard that the insurance carriers or their third party administrators are influencing our customers to have their auto glass repaired or replaced by one of their preferred vendors. Additionally, they are informing you that we may make you pay any differences in price that we bill out to them.
