He made a $3600 error on our taxes acknowledge the mistake and refuse to give us our preparation fee back which was only $150 I do not recommend that you use him he is not a tax professional and any error that you get all your taxes you’ll be responsible for paying due to his mistakes. His only concern is bringing in clients and collecting the tax preparation fee he can care less about how your taxes are done. I contacted him several times trying to resolve this issue to no avail I can’t sue you for the $3600 but refunding the tax preparation money was a reasonable request being that I’m

I have known Charles for over 15 years and would not have considered using anybody else to help sell our home. Charles handled everything and all we had to do was meet him at closing and pick up our check. I highly recommend Charles and my husband and I will definitely use him in the future.
