They were the third person I called to find the leak that was coming from underneath my floor. Every other company had me scheduled in for a week later. They were able to move some appointments around and get me scheduled in the next day. They found the leak and fixed it for us.

They initially offered water leak "diagnostic" for $285, which did not do any good as they would NOT locate the exact leakage. However, the lead plumber, Lou, went above and beyond to find the leakage on our front lawn so the leakage was fixed without additional outrageous cost.
I think what they charged me was pretty fair, and the job well done.

For the price of the $185 diagnostic visit, I received NO actual service or work related to the problem I had called about. Even worse though, was that after the plumber left, I found that the driver-side rearview mirror of our car had been knocked off. My wife saw the plumber pull into our driveway, heard a crunch, then saw him back the van back out slightly. However, the plumber said nothing to us during his visit, so she assumed he had only hit the curb. It was only after his visit that we discovered the damage to our car. Considering he was the only one that pulled into our driveway all day
