The staff at Charlton Woodlys office are excellent and very nice. The two aids for my son are very patient and was always explaining there procedures that needed to be done. When Dr. Woodly came in he was very sweet and nice. Took very good care of treating my sons foot. Always asked if he was in any pain. Once done he just told me how to care of my sons toe. I highly recommend them. They were awesome and amazing.

Dr. Woodly is a very knowledgeable and a kind doctor who will listen to all your concerns and do everything to make sure you leave his office feeling better and satisfied from the treatment. The staff in the clinic are very polite and extremely professional. The front desk girl, Kim was the sweetest person to talk to and did everything to get us into the clinic at last minute request. Very pleased and happy with the clinic visit.

I was SCARED TO DEATH, coming in for what I suspected might be an ingrown toenail...It was, but Dr. Woodly and his staff did everything they could to help me relax and put my anxiety to a manageable state! The assistant numbed my foot (shots aren't fun, but she did try to numb the area with cold spray...)and with my level of fear I managed to get myself worked up. She got me water, and tried to joke to help me relax. Two staff were in the room, talking to me and joking while Dr. Woodly performed what I gathered is a simple procedure. I was a bit nervous at first cause its a smaller office but as SOON as you walk in and chat with the ladies at the window you feel like family. They explain everything so there are no billing surprises, the nurses are cool and the doctor was EVERYTHING, very informative, he took his time but was concise and didn't waste time in the same breath. My appointment was at 330 and I got there at 315 because I knew there would be paper work, I wasn't taken back until 420 but honestly it was worth it, that meant they weren't rushing people. When I left In knew I would give a review and recommend this place

Dr Jackson and her entire staff are amazing. They're so kind and empathetic. Dr Jackson did everything within her power to help me. I felt cared for. From the first phone call I felt like they really care. I definitely recommend Dr Jackson to anyone that needs a podiatrist. I'm also grateful she was on my insurance so an accident wasn't detrimental to my wallet.
