When I think about Brian 2 things come to mind; integrity and fairness. The first time he came to our place the chimney did not need cleaning. He told us so and didn't charge for the call. I remembered that and had him do some work later to improve the draft on the chimney. Problem solved at a fair price! He's the best.

We are extremely happy with the job done by Tate Fireplaces. First Brian came out and evaluated our situation
and gave us several options and price points. Then he came back with his assistant Tyler and did the job we had decided on. They were prompt, professional and a pleasure to be around. They put down a tarp before they started work, and even vacuumed the fireplace area before they left. Their work was above and beyond any expectations I might have had.

A++ Highly recommend ! Brian was very professional, yet friendly .Affordable, on time, and prepared with proper equipment. He fixed the problem with our unvented fireplace and took his time to make sure he showed me the problem , proper usage, (we've only been in this home a few months ) and answered every single question I had . He was meticulous and thorough. It wasn't a huge problem but he made sure he explained everything I needed to know . Also,the military discount was so appreciated , and a nice gesture . :) I'd definitely recommend Tate Fireplaces and we'll be using

Needed new chimney cap for my Mother's 40 yr old chimney. Remembered the good service from previous purchase of a buck stove at my home, so contacted Tate Fireplaces. Mr. Dean's prompt response, price quote and then delivery and installation of the cap was one of the easiest things I've had to do. It's nice to get a job done so efficiently and reasonably priced.
