Lou is such an artist, and made the experience painless and enjoyable. The studio is very clean and Lou was very careful to follow all covid guidelines. I'm very happy with my eyebrows and winged eyeliner. I'd highly recommend her services to others. Healing is going well and she gave excellent aftercare instructions.

I was blown away at what Lou did for me. I had wanted eyebrows for years and couldn’t find the trustworthy person I was looking for, until I met Lou! I was sent to another salon that wasn’t very clean and she was late, and my brows were not satisfactory in any way. Lou and her staff were professional and I was impressed. I cannot say enough about them. The salon was clean and if you do go, look at the light she has in the room you first walk in. Beautiful and there is more, but I thought you would to see this place yourself.

Had a beautiful 3 hour drive to have this lovely lady microblade my brows, and apply permanent lip blush and eyeliner! Also, had some botox. Once I found the place (was guided by staff because the directions on maps aren't correct), I had a wonderful experience. Lou was very reassuring and I felt so comfortable around everyone that I didn't notice much discomfort. I was so lucky to have found her. It was worth the drive and I look forward to my touch up in July. Please see photos below of correct building and address of her location.

Lou does an excellent job! I had both my brows and eyeliner done there and it never came off. I had it done before in the past and my eyeliner came off. She definitely knows what she is doing and is so sweet to all of her clients. If I have anything done it will be with her. She is a wonderful asset to our community and people travel from all over to see her. Brows can be twins😘

To start with, Lou is absolutely incredible! I looked at numerous microblading artists across the web for about 2 years & began following Lou’s work closely on Facebook. I struggled for awhile from losing lots of hair due to celiac disease & other health problems. I lost all of my eyelashes & my brows became sparse & it truly embarrassed me. I was extremely touched after seeing Lou help several people, out of the kindness of her heart. She has donated areola tattoos & brows to several chemo patients in the past and the way she gives back to others touches my heart! She specialized in pain management

Lou is incredibly talented and passionate when it comes to bringing out the natural beauty in others via permanent cosmetics. She’s always a joy to be around and very professional. This little gem is nestled in the beautiful mountains of Norton,Va! Lou is located inside of Changes Salon the atmosphere inside is very posh they have anything you need in there. Lou Barnett was the first to put this in our area she is the best at what she does, she is so genuine and makes you feel right at home.
