Services
Computuners does not believe in charging a fee to tell you what is wrong with your computer. Based on your issue our free diagnosis on computers includes our recommended diagnostics to ensure your computer will be serviced optimally. Data is important. We run a hard drive health test to determine if your hard drive is due for failure.
Most kiosks and other repair centers use cheap third party materials. Our repairs are performed using genuine parts. We opt to use manufacturer approved components to confirm our repairs are as close to new as possible. Genuine parts and a proper repair allow us to provide a warranty with every device we service!
Computuners takes the necessary steps to ensure that your data is backed up properly, whether it's a failing hard drive, a corrupt operating system, a computer that no longer functions, a replacement computer, or moving and organizing data from multiple drives into one. Prior to a data backup, all hard drives receive a free diagnosis including a hard drive health test to determine if your hard drive is due to fail.
The security of our clients data is of upmost importance. Computuners uses military grade data destruction software to completely erase all data from your device prior to recycling/trade-in/destruction. We offer certification of destruction as proof that your data is properly destroyed upon request.

I wish I could give this place 50 stars
I had a PC on order from a shoddy online company (see my other reviews for backstory), I reached out to them, on the phone they started writing up the workorder on their end, agreed to all their terms and conditions, went ahead and ordered everything on a Monday, had everything but Thursday evening, brought everything over, by Saturday morning, it was ready for pickup. Fairly priced and great workmanship. Its unfortunate that I'm moving to South Carolina in a few months, I hope I can find a place half as good as them

Excellent Service!
I bought my computer from these guys and have called them for tech support a few times. The computer is excellent and the support has been wonderful each time.
On my latest support question I was having trouble with my speakers and the Tech wasn't able to help me remotely. We scheduled a Tech to come to my office to fix the problem but they called me back later that night and the second Tech was able to fix my problem which saved me the expense of paying for on-site support.
They didn't need to call me back and try again to fix the problem but they did. I don't usually write

Above and beyond for customer service! I appreciated the free diagnosis and explanation of my lap top problems. This place is amazing! I had a nightmare of a time trying to fix my computer after a failed hard drive. I went to two well known computer stores and that failed to fix it and wanted to charge a massive amount extra on top of the service fee and hardware already purchased. This place was upfront about the issues. They explained everything clearly and gave very reasonable prices for excellent service, software, and hardware. They have a lifetime customer from me and I 100% recommend these guys to anyone else.

Computuners has INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! Isaac helped me figure out which new laptop would be best suited for my needs. I made the purchase and it was ready for pickup almost immediately. I was in a big hurry to get it as I needed it for my job, and he accommodated my rush for no additional charge. An amazing company with amazing people. It's so rare to work with first rate people like this. Isaac was a life saver but the three other techs who worked with me were also top shelf. This is a long overdue review. Computuners has provided me with outstanding service and support over the past few years. I had an incident where I spilled beer on my laptop. I brought it to Computuners and they took it apart and cleaned it for FREE. They are very helpful. I have a refurbished laptop that I use for school. They handled updates, maintenance and security for me. They also give you free remote support for 30 days afterwards. The pricing is very reasonable, and they are very intelligent and kind. They offer pickup and dropoff to and from your car, due to Covid. Highly recommend.

This place is a life saver! Broke my screen and I needed it fixed quick. Wasted an entire day with this over at Apple to ultimately be told I needed to buy a new phone, suuure. This business is just incredible! They follow up on everything they do. Very old-school attitude.... they really care! They're not just a neighborhood computer repair/replace business but they also take care of computers and computer issues/problems for people all over the country.... and I'm one of them! I live in California and I sent my PC to them for repairs (even though it was more than 12yrs old) they moved all my files/info to my new PC and made sure I knew how everything worked and, when I had a question, they called right back and walked me through it. I am NOT BS-ing you. I am as techno-un-savvy as humanly possible and these guys are idiot-proof.
Got me a great deal on my personal laptop at home. Great deal on my work desk-top and their Support software is unmatched.
I do just about everything you should NOT do, and have not had one Virus issue and non of the crap ads you get with most anti-virus programs.
Let me also add that they don't BS you. If your machine is shot, they will tell you. No endless money pits with these guys

Very happy with this place. Sent my Mac here to have the screen fixed. They did it in a few days and it works great. The customer service is amazing. They jump right in to help and are always smiling. I went today to get a Windows Pc fixed, he identified the problem on the spot and told me all the options, even gave me a discount. I have found that this is the only computer repair shop that makes the process so easy. They have piles of great used computers and parts too. Will always recommend.

Could not be more pleased than I am with the service I received at Computuners, I bought a laptop that was so jammed up with malicious adware that it was unusable. I was on the verge of either returning it to the store or running it through my tablesaw. Got a recommendation to try these guys and was not disappointed. They did a bunch of science to it and the results are better than I hoped for. Turnaround was fast (less than 24 hours) and the price was reasonable.
