Amy Carrol is an outstanding agent. The first time I ever spoke with her, I asked her what services she did not provide that other agents who charge much higher commissions do? She said that there is no difference. She was true to her word from start to finish! Amy was with us every step of the way through our home sale process. We saved thousands of dollars in commissions. I don’t know why anyone wouldn’t want that- great service and big savings!!!

I highly recommend Amy Carrol. Our situation was more challenging than most, as none of us were local.
The sale was for our mother's home. However, our mom was not local as were all of us children.
Even with these challenges, Amy went above and beyond every step of the way to make it such a seamless process.
Amy gave us priceless input on staging the house. She even gave us names of dependable service people to make small fixes to the house. And then she provided a successful strategy for the actual sale which resulted in us taking an offer in just a few days OVER asking price!

Amy was outstanding and I would work with her again.
With any other broker, our home sale would have been challenging:
- Our mom moved to another state before selling the house and COVID prevented her being present during the process
- While it was in good condition, the house had a unique appearance that was not going to appeal to all buyers, and it was somewhat dated inside
