I made an appointment and was so excited to see someone new. I did not get my forms in my email and received a threatening call from “Jeanie” who kept saying my appointment should be canceled and would be if they did not receive the paperwork. I immediately felt uneasy and not welcomed to this practice. I filled out the paperwork when I got home but thought I missed something. I called in and the receptionist came off like I was bothering her with my questions regarding printing out paperwork. I checked some reviews online and called back to cancel.

My experience with ROW Psychiatric is similar to some of the other reviews I’ve seen. I wish I had seen the reviews before starting therapy for my daughter and myself there. The sad truth is that mental healthcare in this country has been a mess for quite some time, but COVID absolutely made things much worse. We searched high and low for a practice that both saw patients in person and was in-network with our insurance company. ROW said, up front, that they did both. Like most therapists they require keeping a credit card on file. Fair enough. But the first red flag was our credit card being

I have never had a therapist tell me that they cannot perform a tele-appointment without video and actually be a source of stress in the interaction. I would recommend NOT having therapy here unless you would like to become more stressed. I would only recommend medication management with this practice.
