All the ladies that work in this office are really friendly and they help you as much as they can. I was referred here by a family member and to be honest, I was a little nervous. I had never been to a places like this before and I had no idea what to expect. Needless to say, I absolutely love this place. The staff members are amazing, gentle, and understanding. Dr. Jay and Dr. Shayeb are the best! Dr. Shayeb listens to your concerns and handles everything with professionalism and compassion, he went over my treatment with detailed orientation. I am very thankful. I absolutely recommend this Brandon location. The staff even went above and beyond when understanding with last minute life situation

My experience here at the West Orlando preferred injury has been awesome quick acknowledgement as soon as you come in. I speak very highly on this young lady Lonnie she is awesome work very hard at making sure she moves you from each area. Lonnie is very professional with what she does she's always explaining what she do before she does it. She's always checking on you to make sure you're okay at all times she's a very extraordinary person thanks Lonnie.

The office staff is very congenial and friendly. They work with you when scheduling. I can't be at the office until 6:15pm and they always find a way to work me in. Dr. Hopkins is an excellent listener and chiropractor. He tailors your treatment to your needs. Louanna, the office manager is the best. All of the massage assistant also listen, again working where the pain is and also the intensity of the massage. Over all it's a great office and I would recommend it to family and friends.

Preferred Injury Physicians took great care of me for months after my car accident. They were kind and knowledgeable. The physical therapists helped me with my pain, massage and therapy exercises. Dr. George & Dr Jay monitored my treatment plan and pain levels. The girls at the front office were efficient and professional. It was an overall great experience during a stressful time.

I got into an accident back in January and was referred to go here by a friend and am finishing treatment soon. I have had the best care here and all the massage therapists, the receptionists, and Dr. George have made my experience here nothing short of exceptional. You can tell that they really care about you as a person and you actually don’t dread going to the doctor. Definitely check this place out if you ever get your back injured In any type of accident! Preferred Injury Physicians has an amazing team at the Brandon location. I always feel like a priority and that my overall wellness care is top notch. All staff members are extremely conciencous and personable. The hiring managers do a great job selecting their staff and the staff do an even better job with all their clients. I am always impressed with them. My care is taken very seriously and the Doctor is always in the know of my condition and overall road to recovery.
