I got a COVID test for travel here with results that were supposedly guaranteed within 24-36 hours. I received my results 58 hours later, causing me to miss a flight and need to get a second test done somewhere else. Mike from the pharmacy assured me that I would receive a refund from the lab, but this never happened and eventually I stopped receiving any response to my emails.

Seriously Preston Drugs is a little gem that I totally forgot was there! A friend suggested I look at local pharmacies when booking my booster shot since the state and government recommendations were fully booked, and we were able to get same day and next day appointments.

My only negative complaint is that the store is small and while we were waiting for the booster you had a lot of people walking in looking for covid tests which made me feel really uneasy. It was the week after Christmas and New Hears and I didn't like the fact that they thought they had covid and were so close, especially

I had my covid booster appointment today and the female pharmacist has the poorest bedside manner. She barely said anything, was impatient and jabbed me so hard that I bled all over my arm. There was no apology or care, she was very rude and didn’t share anything about side effects etc. I thought it was because there was a nervous patient there and she was frustrated, but my family went for an appointment later and had a similar experience. Won’t return because of her bedside manner.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place ! I took my 2 sons who have autism and big time sensory issues ages 7 & 10 .. to get their pediatric Covid vaccine and they were so accommodating to my children.
He not only came out to our car and gave it to them but was so calm and warm even though they were having a little bit of a hard time , he even gave them a candy cane after as a reward for being so awesome! What a great place and amazing staff who genuinely really care about people !

I am in awe of the amazing job this small pharmacy is doing. They are doing their regular job, they are testing patients, vaccinating people. They still have time to answer the phones. You would think that they are overwhelmed but nope. They are just getting the job done. They are doing it all!!! I have been living in this town for only a few months now. This place is fantastic. One big reason is that it is pharmacist owned and operated, unlike all the big chains. So the owner will go to great lengths to find medications that are in short supply, or to solve any problems you may have. Wonderful staff, great customer service: I am 64, and this is by far the best pharmacy I have ever used.

Best pharmacy locally (maybe ever!) . They are always so informative about important questions their customers have. Preston Drugs & Surgical never have you waiting for your prescriptions and go above and beyond to make sure you are educated on the medicine you are being prescribed. Preston Pharmacy always finds the time to help you with medical questions and concerns regarding issues that may not require a prescription. They have affordable special occasion cards, gifts and are the perfect store if you are in need of a last minute gift.

If you are ready to be treated like a human being 👩and and not a number . 👩‍👩‍👦‍👦 Like the big box pharmacies , like CVS, Wall-green, Walmart etc.
Then you MUST make the move to this place.
No big corporate pharmacy for me!!!!

We had been going to CVS in Denville for years and always had some issue with our prescriptions and the customer service was horrible. Mike is great, super friendly, personable and professional. Great to have this is our neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

I can honestly say that I have never had a more positive experience in a pharmacy. There aren't any quite like it. Every single staff member is friendly, warm, and makes you feel like they would do anything to help you. The pharmacists are beyond helpful and extremely knowledgeable. As a loyal customer, and a physician myself, I would recommend them hands down.

Luckily, I walked into this pharmacy to purchase a card (all for 99 cents BTW) after having another frustrating experience with a larger pharmacy. I noticed the sign that said they take all major medical insurance and figured I would fill my prescriptions there next time. So glad I did! Outstanding, personalized service. When you call with a question a real, live person anwers the phone...without having to navigate a million automated prompts! When my prescription was out of refills, he called me in advance to let me know (was monitoring it for me) and asked if he could call the physician

The new owner, Mike, is extremely personable and service oriented. When there was a nationwide shortage of a drug that I take, he was the ONLY pharmacist in the area that succeeded in finding it for me. His staff is also very friendly and helpful.
