When selling our house - the new buyers had kids, but not dogs. I was desperate to really give the backyard a serious clean (it's astroturf) and found Gary at Santa Clarita Pressure Washing Services. WOW. What an amazing job. I only initially hired him to do the backyard, but he took care of the entire exterior and the house looks phenomenal! The backyard looked like it had just been put in. I highly recommend if you need any kind of pressure cleaning (driveways, exteriors, yards) call Gary. He was very nice, did what he said he was going to do, was extremely prompt, and best of all - he was priced

Had an AMAZING experience with Gary at Santa Clarita Pressure Washing. We were one day away from showing starting on the sale of our home when a handyman power washed our hardscape backyard incorrectly and left visible marks all over the entire yard. We panicked because showings started the next afternoon. We called Gary and our EXCELLENT service began.

Gary did an excellent job! He transformed both our front and back yards. I cannot believe the difference between the before and after. He was very punctual/responsive, his prices are so reasonable, and he uses top-of-the-line equipment. I will be recommending his services to all of my friends and family!

This is a HUGE thank you to Gary for his quick response, quick scheduling, professionalism, expertise, punctuality, quality work performed in power washing my balcony, backyard & front yard and all for a reasonable cost. Gary was also pleasant throughout his visit and was kind and generous to assist with the heavy lifting and organizing of the heavy flower planters and patio furniture. Highly, highly recommended! It doesn't get easier or better than this, quality work and professionalism. I left a message with Gary and he got back to me nearly right away. He came out the next day and by the time I got home, my driveway, pool, backyard tiles, and retaining wall looked better than I have ever seen them. Incredibly well priced, and as nice of a guy as well. We will definitely be using him again!
