High Barre
High Barre was founded in 2017 in Mineral Point, Wisconsin to support and foster mindfulness and movement in the community. Whether you are brand new to our class offerings or an advanced practitioner, High Barre provides a postive and welcoming environment for a healthy practice. What makes the High Barre unique is that clients can sign up for individual classes.

So, to work around your own busy schedule, you come when you can or cancel if you need to while not paying for missed classes. Pre-pandemic we would have answered "yes." But for now, until we get to the other side of the pandemic we ask that you book and pay for your class before coming to the studio.
Services
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is an energetic style of yoga, synchronizing breath with movement. Ashtanga is mostly about the breathing, and we layer the postures on top of the breath. So, if at any point throughout the practice, you start to feel that you are losing your connection with your breath, just dial it back a bit, physically, and focus more on your breathing, and that will bring you the most nourishing and beneficial practice.
Having enjoyed the movement styles of ballet, yoga, and pilates, Monica decided it was time to fuse those forms together and get certified in Barre. Monica trained with International Ballet Barre Fitness Association and has been teaching since 2018. Will Harris has been involved in the world of yoga as a studio owner, teacher and consultant for 10 years.
