I know it's an odd way to begin an article to try and convince you why Manhattan Music may be your best choice when it comes to music for your event, but stick with me for a minute here, and it will become clear. However, what most bands are NOT talking about, is that our main job is to create a magnificent and fun event for you and your guests, and not give a great "concert."
Classical musicians always add an air of romance and tradition to any wedding ceremony music. There are several different musical styles of classical music you may want to consider in selecting music for your South Florida wedding ceremony. Pieces such as "Canon in D Major" by Pachelbel is arguably the most popular processional music for weddings.

Our Jimmy Buffet style guitarist will play all your favorite Buffet and soft rock style tunes, while you and your guests enjoy the feel of the tropics. Manhattan Music was amazing! I would never hire another band for a party again. They performed at my wedding at the Addison in Boca last month and as people left I was swamped with compliments for them. We had a wide variety of ages there from our friends in there twenties to our parents and their friends.
A while back we had the opportunity to make a brief appearance on TLC's (The Learning Channel) show FOUR WEDDINGS. It's a "reality show" where they choose four brides to attend each other's weddings and score them on certain criteria. The highest score wins a honeymoon. Manhattan Music Band is just AMAZING! So much fun! Our event, Spring Fling Dinner/Dance at Lighthouse Point Yatch Club, FL on March 15/2019 was a big hit due to the energy of the Manhattan Music Band, the variety of music, and the way the musicians connected with the audience was just outstanding. Howard is wonderful to work with. If you want a really fun band and at the same time with a lot of class, look no further, just hire them for your event! You will be very happy like we are!

Our event was an annual fundraising gala, and our attendees ranged in age from 20's to 80's. Everyone remarked on how much fun they had, and especially how much they enjoyed the band. I would say that the music was a vital part of keeping our guests involved, entertained, and staying until the end of our event. As one of our guests remarked: "We could dance to everything they played."

If you are looking for the absolute best band in town, look no further! Howard Stuart and his band at Manhattan Music are without a debt the best sound in South Florida to get your party going. When it comes to planning a wedding, finding the right band is key. I am a perfectionist, so I searched for quite some time trying to find a band with great sound and energy. A fantastic group of talented and personable performers. They played non-stop for an hour of dinner music and two hours of favorite tunes that kept the dance floor filled to capacity with people of a wide range of ages at our annual community association fall dinner / dance event. This was the first time that we used this group and they did not disappoint in any way. They quickly tuned into,played to, and captured the full appreciation of the audience of 600 people of discriminating tastes. Have had many requests for referrals.

Howard and the whole Manhattan Music crew were just fantastic! We could not have asked for a better night. We hired Manhattan Music for our ceremony and cocktail hour….as well as an 8 piece band for dinner and dancing. The ceremony music was just perfect. All of the musicians were very talented and made the ceremony very special. My favorite was the harp! The musicians continued playing after the ceremony and into the cocktail hour while the adjoining room was transformed into the dinner, dancing, and reception area.
