Transport Unlimited began in 1977 as a family-owned business representing a small number of truckload carriers. As the industry became less regulated in the 1980s, opportunities flourished and the business grew. As our business grew further, we secured a Property Brokers License, and we increased our fleet resources and expanded our database of transportation contacts.
We will manage the entire move from planning and routing to permitting and surveying to scheduling and coordinating escorts, state police, utility crews, cranes or any other outside services. Equipment ranges from flats, steps, double drops, vans, to multi-axle perimeter dual lane transporters with capacity in excess of 250 tons.
We affiliate with reliable, experienced and established vendors, whom we pre-qualify. Each or our suppliers agrees to follow a set of quality service standards, and we maintain industry-acceptable broker-carrier contract agreements. We continually evaluate performance, and we verify authority, safety and insurance coverage.
