Castillo Psychological, LLC provides psychological and mental health services to the community. We have been providing services in our communities mental health needs for over 10 years. Our mission to to serve Las Cruces and surrounding communities with the best practices in mental health. We provide a wide variety of services including psychological evaluations, risk assessments, individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.

I took a psychological evaluation with Castillo Psychological and am extremely disappointed. Initially, they gave me the wrong address for the building because they recently relocated. After I finally found it, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to see the psychologist. They said the results would take about one month and would call me when they were available. Six weeks later when I call to check on the results, they rarely answer the phone. I was finally able to speak with someone who was rude and said it would be an additional two weeks. This is the worst customer service I've received.
