The entire staff doesn't seem to know what's going on. Unprofessional, to say the least!
I left my original review, but as of late, they have really stepped up and now they are the best part of State Farm Insurance company. If you're unhappy with a service you're paying for, then speak up and let them know. That's the only way for things to be changed.
