We moved into a new neighborhood and needed our lawn mowed. A new neighbor recomended Flett and we gave them a call. We had first contacted another lawn service in the area who charged $7 less a week to mow. That company dropped their contact in our mailbox to look over and sign days after they said they would.
However, Flett came to our door, introduced themselves and welcomed us to the neighborhood. To us, having a company that cares about their customers enough to meet them in person and work us into their busy schedule asap was worth a few extra dollars.
