We accidentally broke our sliding door window during the summer and decided to call Queen City glass for their price and their location. They came in and measured the frame and went on their way. Months passed so we called them again to see what was going on. They finally came to put in the glass, however it was the wrong size so they reordered and said they'd be back the following week. They never showed. We called again and they said it was ordered in the wrong size for the second time. It is now the end of October and we made freezing waiting for them to install this stupid window! I am never
