Katie is absolutely amazing! I had several prenatal massages from her in my last couple months of pregnancy, I left feeling like new each time. I had horrible hip pains during my pregnancy and each time she managed to find and treat the site that was causing me the pain. I would highly recommend Katie for a prenatal massage!

Katie is a licensed massage therapist, reiki practitioner & craniosacral therapist. Her practice is based on three main tenets: evaluating each person as a unique individual, treating the WHOLE person (body, mind & spirit), and remembering that everything is connected. Katie customizes each massage to the client on the table according to their muscle tension and emotional and energetic needs.
Katie is knowledgeable, talented, committed, and passionate! Couldn't ask for a better massage therapist. I have a tendency to over train with poor recovery methods and her work has been very helpful. Katie sat me down prior to starting the massage session and discussed my problem areas and really listened.

I was using a different Cranial Sacral Therapist (CST) for my daughter and was left unsatisfied with her progression. I found Katie and the difference in the service we received from Katie was night and day. From the very first session my daughter noticed a difference. She was sleeping better, her sinuses were draining better and she was able to breathe better through her nose. This was just a bonus as we were seeing her for body work prior to my daughter’s tongue tie release.

Katie is amazing. I've been a client for just over a year. At the start of your appointment she sits and listens to what you want and where you hurt. Once you're on her table she does an assessment and works according to your request and what she feels your body is telling her. By far the best massage therapist I've seen.

Katie is amazing. Her technique is on point, she listens and adjusts to what you need, she knows reflexology and it feels incredible. I highly recommond Katie she is one of the best massage therapist I've had the pleasure of meeting. Also seeing Katie then seeing Dr Laura for a chiropractic adjustment is the best combo ever!

I LOVE going to Katie. She has an incredible skill set and really listens to her clients needs and concerns. Katie makes your time with her comfortable and relaxing. I stopped going to a massage therapist for years after the pain was to much from pressure. Katie heard my concerns and has always massaged accordingly.
