Mrs. Tiffany Dick of Aloha Dance Studio and her Husband Pono took over Kauai Gymnastics Academy in June of 2020 when Coach Jack and Coach Kay retired and moved back to the mainland. At KGA we believe in the mantra: Begin Here. Go Anywhere. We believe that gymnastics is the jumping off point for many sports, activities, and simply getting through life with a fit lifestyle.
Our philosophy is to assist each person to reach their potential, with respect to their goals. We strive to be positive role-model leaders, and to bring out the best in each individual within the realms of physical, mental, emotional and social development. Safety, fun and skill-acquisition are the keys we use to achieve these goals and to make KGA a wonderful environment for children!

Services
From the main highway, turn on Puhi Road (opposite the Community College). We are in the 2nd blue trim/light tan building with the word GYMNASTICS in the second story window. You can park on the grass there and go down the stone steps OR you can turn right into Puhi Industrial Park, take immediate right (BEFORE "Mark's Place") and turn right into our parking lot: Kyno Building.

The teachers are great and very patient!
My daughter is 3years old so it can be lovely or hearding a bunch of kittens!! They do a good job at keeping the kids interested, and my daughter comes home excited to show me and do the things she's learned! You are able to sit and watch all that's going on. it's been great see my daughter get more confident, trusting, and adapting to working in a group.

This is the best spot to get your children into gymnastics. The owners are also the teachers and have had experience training Olympic athletes in the past. They have rings, huge mat, dance, jumping area, bars, trampoline and beam.
They have an area for the parents to watch their kids off to the side and younger children may play with toys in that area (they have a ton of toys there).
