Pro Nails

I was satisfied with my nails however, the ventalation is poor. It is hard to breathe because the chemicals are very strong. With my mask on I was having difficulty
breathing. It was bad I had to go outside to breath. The place was clean. I will return.

I got an acrylic full set. I ended up being cut with the drill twice and once with the file. All three cuts drew blood and she didn't do anything to clean the cuts. An alcohol wipe would have been a good choice in my opinion. Some of my nails are crooked and the acrylic application is still not smooth. I asked her to fix the ones that were really uneven which she did her best to do but I would have been there so long if I asked to have them all evened out the way they should have been. I think there wasn't much attention to detail. She was apologetic about most of it and did keep checking to make

Great service. This was my second time getting nails done here. Both times were good. The lady was very nice. There was also a great selection of colors. I look forward to returning in the future.

Well I'm 35 weeks pregnant so I'm having trouble reaching down to take care of my feet. I went to pronails cause I can't bend down to see my feet well enough- afraid I may nic myself. Well, I should have just done it myself. The girl doing my feet cut my foot and I went through 4 bandaids even after I left pronails. They still wanted to charge me the full amount even though 1) she cut my big toe 2) I didn't get any polish and 3) she cut them so short the tips of my toes are sore even in my dang socks... I just hope I don't get an ingrown toe

Mango is who did my nails the whole time he was making sure I was comfortable and liked the length and shape no matter what even tho it took a second to get my color because someone else was using it 😅 he was very patient and kind will be coming back again.

First time getting my nails done at this place. I will not be returning. I asked for my nails to be cut down to the length of the shorter ones,and that didn't happen. He didn't shape them the same, they are different lengths , and there are bumps in a couple that you can see wasn't smoothed out. Waste of time & money. Will not be returning.

The worst place I've ever been to! They filed my nails so thin, it was so painful! When they put the acrylic nails on they were crooked and the coffin shape was different for each nail. I'm desperate to find a place that's better than this. My nails hurt for days after

Very nice place! Clean and decorated nicely and I love that they take appointments. I had ThiThi and I was so glad because of others reviews about how great she was and I was not disappointed! She did a great job on my pedicure! Very reasonably priced and very efficient check in and check out process. I'll definitely be back.

The facility is so clean and beautifully set up! The ladies and gentlemen that work here are so nice and professional! Plus they do a fantastic job! Tim was my daughter’s tech and her nails look amazing, just like the pictures she showed him! The other techs were amazing also but I can’t remember names. 10/10 recommended!!

I got my nails done by Thang and he did an amazing job! My nails look just like what I asked for he was very patient and reassuring. He made me feel confident that my nails would look good. I haven’t had anything this beautiful in years. Will 100% be going back . Thank you again

Angela, I believe was my nail tech. I would highly recommend her. She was very gentle and paid full attention to what she was doing and was dang good at it! Quick service! Will definitely request her for my next visit!

New to town and came in for a basic pedicure. Front desk was very nice, was wearing a mask and I saw her wipe down numerous chairs. Patrons were not required to wear masks so myself and maybe 40% or so of others were wearing them along with the staff. Color selection is ok but no recognizable polish names. I thankfully brought my own.
The pedicure itself was very basic. He didn't get all of the rough skin off the bottom or sides of my feet. He was very rough with the brush on my feet. Massage was better than some but didn't ask if I needed more or less pressure.
Paint job looks fine

I went in for a well needed Pedi. I asked for French with a silver line. Aftr asking over 10 times for my silver line, the person doing my toes said I was done with no line. I think she did not know what I was asking for and instead of getting someone else for me to explain what it was I wanted I was sent on my way. At the front desk I told them what happened and what I wanted she said ok she would get someone else to do the solver line for me. When I went back to the back again 3 employees started to give me a hard time about it! I left very upset and will never go back and I will tell anyone

Went in for a pedicure just now. The nail tech ("Thi Thi" I believe her name badge read) never smiled, said very little to me, mostly pointed to my feet when she was ready for me to take in and out of the water soak. She barely trimmed my cuticles and didn't push the cuticles back at all. She used nippers to trim some skin on the side of one of my big toes and cut so deep I said "ouch!" out loud. She mumbled something that I don't know if it was an apology or a scolding. She did ask if I was okay. She mumbled something to me as I paid but I don't think it was

I went in the other day to get my nails done and it's was absolutely horrible first experience the guy that did my nails was on his phone when I walked in and seemed annoyed that he had to do someone's nails he would not make my nails shorter when I said I wanted them shorter he ignored me.then when doing my nails he gave them a pointy shape when I keep saying I wanted them rounded and again did what he wanted and ignored me. I originally wanted a French tip but when he when to do that it was a boxy mess and very uneven and it was basically the whole nail that he painted not the tips

The lady was just trying to speed me out of there as quickly as possible. I had to request cuticle softening multiple times and cut my own cuticles because she nicked me with every stroke. I came in for a gel mani, but changed to a basic mani once I saw the service I was getting.

There are much better places. I wish I could post a picture of the terrible paint job.

The service is not consistent. I've been there 3 times and I've never been pleased with the manicures. I had one decent pedicure. The place is not relaxing and the prices are not competitive to other places where you are taken care of.

I have been here several times, always seeing the same tech. When I went in yesterday, they just said he wasn't there, would not qualify if it was a vacation, or if he was gone. gone. (it could be the severe language barrier with this particular guy, named "Jim")
But I decided to go ahead and let him put a set of nails on. It was horrible. He didn't listen (or couldn't understand), he glued the white tips on crooked, and about a third of the way up my nail bed giving the appearance of stubby crooked fingers.... over filed so bad that my fingers were too sore to even

Last time ever. I swear. Went in on a Sunday for a pedicure and dip french manicure with tips. They do the pedicure. An hour, I'm asking to please start soaking my hands. Get to manicure and soak off..now three hours in. Guy finally starts and they tell me there is no one there on Sunday to do a french manicure I end up with a color I don't want and pay have to pay $72 for it. You be the judge. For me..just not worth it. Please somebody open a decent nail shop in Columbia.

I have been many times and everyone does a great job! Only thing is they say it will be be just a min and I always wait a good bit of time. At least 20 mins. One time it was almost an hour and I had to leave before I could get anything done. They do a great job just be prepared to wait!

I had a great experience here at Pro Nails. I had a variety of things done, nails, toes and a wax and the ladies were very quick but did a fantastic job. The girl who did my nails memorized my design I wanted with one look at a picture. She marched up the colors exactly. I was in and out within 2 hours which is what I had scheduled myself for. I couldn't be more happy and will be coming back on a regular basis.
