Surprisingly very friendly and understanding of my situation. Exceptional customer service, would recommend anytime. Also helped pull my car out of a creek so I'd say they are quite knowledgeable in their craft and didn't mess up my car more than what it was. The guy was very friendly and offered me some suggestions on places to get my vehicle fixed!! Above and beyond. I always love a good customer/business interaction.

This guy towed my vehicle 2 blocks and laughed about charging me $200 then he locked my only key in my car and hung up on me twice when I inquired about him calling a locksmith to open my door. . I had to call one and it cost me another $200. I will never use this service again. He's a crook.

They came out on a Sunday when the U-Haul we were renting was stuck in the mud, all the way up to it's axel. It was a $100. For a 5-10 minute job but we'll worth his time on a Sunday afternoon. Really nice people.

Awesome!!! Church Camp van broke down, called C&R on a Friday after hours, told them the problem, they got the part in town, came out and installed it for us. Resumed our trip to the Buffalo. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks Austin and Pamela!
