Saying we're frustrated with this business is putting it mildly. The only interaction that has been positive with them was when we purchased the trailer 2 months ago. Their service department is the WORST. I have called multiple times and left multiple messages regarding a microwave that they are supposed to replace and have gotten ZERO response back. It is a BRAND NEW fifth wheel and the microwave didn't work straight out the gate. I finally spoke with a nice woman (Melissa) on 1/5 who got me in touch with the right people after no calls back for 2 weeks prior but since then it&apos

We had been looking for a new fifth wheel for a while. Trailer Hitch RV had the model we wanted. We live in Mendocino County - 8 hours away. We worked with Aaron Walch the sales manager - negotiated a price, including some additional options, put a down payment on it , he arranged financing, and made an appointment to pick it up. Aaron was everything you could want in a sales rep - up front, honest, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and no pressure. He was totally responsive to any questions we asked via text. Had some minor customer service issues trying to get my awning fixed..... but after talking to Brian the parts/service director about my issues, he was able to turn things around. Even for a minor issue they really went the extra mile to recover my customer satisfaction. In the end they made it right & I was very happy. Trailer Hitch clearly takes customer service serious, which is refreshing these days!! The service team is top notch & very skilled at what they do! Would definitely use them again for service or buying future RVs.

I have to say this was my best experience buying a trailer. With the awesome help from Tony, Jose and Devon. These guys made the experience as if we were buying from good friends. TERRIBLE! we bought a 2021 cedar creek fifth wheel. We even paid for it to get delivered to us. We hooked the camper up and the ceiling fan wasn't even wired up!!! The fridge beeps as soon as it was cut on and our bathroom door was cracked. The ONLY thing they have done is ship our door. We aren't able to take it in because we live in it full time. But what blows my mind is that they had a check list and everything was checked off to be working good. LIE!! customer service is terrible. I shouldn't be having to take it 3 hours to them when I paid to get it shipped. This is on them

We bought a wildwood 30qbss from Josh and I have nothing but great things to say. It took us some time to sell out coach. He made sure to keep in touch and ask how the process was going. Once it sold we went in and found the perfect trailer. He was very familiar with the lot and where things were. He was not pushy, awkward or annoying. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He gave us time to check each one out. I appreciated how easy the process was. We got a great deal and are very happy. When we picked it up it was clean and all the stuff we pointed out was fixed. We opted to obtain our second RV again from THRV - this time a 5th wheel, upgrading from a travel trailer. We had a very positive experience with our first trailer so much so that we are repeat customers. The experience again was overall very positive. Erik in sales and Aaron in the business office were a pleasure to work with and when certain details / prep add-ons were not resolved ahead of time, they helped ensure our concerns were addressed in real-time to our satisfaction.

All in all I had a very good transaction with trailer hitch. Only reason for four stars was because the first associate wasn't as helpful as the second. They got me a trailer in the time frame I needed. They were also willing and able to change the trailer online with a down payment. I could of got a better deal one other place within a radius but couldn't get it in time. Trailer hitch delivered and that's why they got my business. The price was still very fair for the trailer i got 2020 Grand Design 2500RL. Easy paperwork process, easy and fast hitch hook up. Would definitely recommend

We ended up purchasing two brand new fifth wheel RV units from josh. Communication throughout the process was excellent, easy and attentive but no pressure. The service department and Derek were great to work with when we had a small repair to fix. So far we are exceptionally happy with every aspect! We also know a number of people that have had a lot of issues with their RVs and getting them fixed through the company or warranties. We are happy that we have not had these problems so far.

I can't speak more highly of this place. My husband and I were newbies to purchasing a travel trailer, and we found the perfect couple's trailer for the two of us at an RV place in Morgan Hill. I would not hesitate in recommending Trailer Hitch RV. We purchased our 1st RV in 2020 and had a few minor issues, once the service department was notified, we were taken care of like family. I can't say enough about the team-members that helped get all our worries under-way by ensuring every aspect of maintenance was tended to before we left the lot.
