Samantha is joining Vitality Spa & Wellness part-time while attending nursing school. Her goal is to combine massage therapy and rehabilitation nursing to enhance the health and wellbeing of her clients. In 2005, Samantha graduated from the medical massage therapy program at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy.
This treatment restores vitality to every system, structure, and imbalance in the body through direct palpation of the feet. By increasing the flow of prana from neuronal pathways in the brain and into the nervous system, it clears the energy channels (strotas) and works on the spiritual energy pressure points (marmas).
All of our therapists are all licensed, certified, and hand-picked by Lindsay for their experience & unique skill sets. Please ask for a recommendation based on your particular needs & preferences. My first visit to Vitality Spa and it was a wonderful experience. Barbara was my massage therapist and I will be back soon. She gave an excellent Vitality signature massage and even worked on breaking down some scar tissue I have an issue with. I love a strong deep massage and Barbara delivered a great experience. I would highly recommend Vitality Spa.

I have had massages in the past and they were just ok. Gloria at Vitality Spa took it to level that I can hardly put to words...true massage THERAPY. I have never experienced anything like this before. If you're like me (former military, like to keep myself fit, and under a ton of stress with work and life) you'll want to visit Vitality Spa. I'll never go anywhere for a massage ever again...ever. can't wait to return!

My first visit, and honestly the BEST massage I have ever gotten! The receptionist was warm and welcoming. The facility was very clean, beautiful, and it was clear they were being mindful of safety precautions. Gloria was my massage therapist - she was incredibly attentive, kind and talented. What a wonderful place! :-)

Always a wonderful experience at Vitality Spa & Wellness. The staff is welcoming and friendly, the spa is impeccably clean and is a soothing environment. Gloria Creamer is an outstanding massage therapist - I've been to other spas and nobody compares. I highly recommend Vitality Spa for anyone's self care needs. (The specialty chocolate shop next is also plus!)

Thrilled to find a top quality spa that allowed me to make an appointment for the same day when I desperately needed a massage. Although you do have to book ahead, it is perfect for me in that the booking process was so easy to navigate on their website. Lindsay and her staff were very welcoming and such a clean place with luxurious products. I had the 60 minute signature massage and Lesley, my masseuse was absolutely wonderful.

Yoga with Ava Tyler was quite a treat.
For a limited time, while Vitality Spa is building, classes are being held at Lyme Art Association. So for me, an Art History And Media Arts Double Major, this was as good as it gets. Staring at paintings of a dappled impressionist floral on one side, a snow covered tree on the other was more than I could hope for.
This isn't permanent though... So let's focus on the class.
It was challenging! I like this! The instructor was quite engaged with us in guidance and corrections. A great reminder she kept asking us to follow her rather than look

Vitality Spa is excellent, and in a great spot right on Lyme St. Great vibe inside, all white and very clean. I'm a bit hesitant about the 5-stars because it's a bit barebones (no waiting room and no relaxation room) but everyone there is very nice and attentive. Have had nothing but great experiences.
