Washler Construction was founded in 1997. In the begining we specialized in new home construction, then in 2012 we changed our name to Washler Inc and discontinued most construction services. Our primary focus now is providing outstanding trash and recycling services to Dekalb, Steuben, Allen, Noble, and Whitley counties.

Services
We can handle anything from a simple Household Clean-Out, Roofing Debris Removal, Construction Site Clean-up, and even special curbside pickup of large items. You want it removed, we have you covered. Lead times will vary upon the size of dumpster, and availability could extend out to as much as 3 weeks.

With ACH you no longer have to write a check. Just fill out the ACH Authorization form and send it to us with a canceled check and we will automaticlly withdraw the payment from your checking account each month on the 12th. We can accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express payments. There is a $3 convenience fee charged for all credit/debit card payments.
At Washler Garbage and Recycling, we strive for outstanding customer service, with reliable collection services running year round Monday through Friday. Weeks containing these holidays, trash service will be one day later, starting the day after the holiday. If one of these holidays fall on a Saturday or Sunday your services will NOT be interrupted for that week.
2. We offer recycling pick up to every client we serve*. All our trash is picked up using split body garbage/recycling trucks that can collect both trash and recycling at the same time. We make recycling easy, just put all recyclable items in one container and we will do the sorting. 3. We will never charge you a fuel surcharge, environmental fee or other creative fee meant to milk a little more out of you, like the big companies do.

Terrible. They didn't pick up my entire street. Called to ask why, they said the road was covered with snow and ice. Serv All picks some of my neighbors and had no problem. This is winter, the roads are going to get snow on them. Asked them for a credit for the week since they did not pick it up, that was a fast no. So if your road gets snow or ice on it, they can't pick up your trash. Insane!

Im not sure if anyone else has experienced this with Washler, but I usually get my trash picked up on Thursday's. I pay every 3 months. Every since I have had Washler I have recieved a postcard invoice in the mail. Well now I guess they send you a email. Um I haven't recieved any emails... I would love to have my trash picked up Washler!

I wish there was a way to give zero stars....I started service in June 21 with this company, paid for my first 3 months over the phone and was told I would receive a welcome packet and be billed quarterly. Didn't receive the welcome packet and apparently didn't receive the next quarters bill. The only thing I did receive was a "Past Due" in big red letters on an invoice that I received in the mail the very same day that they did not pick up my trash. I called yesterday to discuss what had gone on, automated system told me that if I called before 4pm I would receive a call back that same day. Called

My sister used this service. We went through one dumpster, had to re-rent it once it was full to get another. Then we filled the second one not even as full as the first and they said it was 16 tons?!?!? The first one was only 5!! It is the SAME materials! There is just no way. They will not even listen to reason. Very unprofessional. Go somewhere else!

We rented a Dumpster from this company, payed for 3 tons of removal and 14 days of rental. We called back 4 days later as the Dumpster was full. We were told we would have to completely re-rent the Dumpster to get it emptied, fine, the mass of our demolition was in that first Dumpster, they charged me for 2 tons over the limit, fine, believable. They bring the Dumpster back, we put the rest of this WOODEN house and scraps into the Dumpster, call and tell them they can get it back EARLY, they charged me for 16 TONS!!!! The first Dumpster that had the majority of the material was only 5 tons and

Critical: Professionalism, Value
This company will absolutely ruin you in overage charges. We gave them 2 Dumpster loads of the same material and they charged us for 10 TONS extra on only 1 dumpster. They should have been very close to the same. Cannot get the company to see logic at all.

Called n talked to owner about taking extra recycling and said they would. Have used the same can for over 2 years by recommendation from a driver not there anymore. Put out 4 times n still full. Have taken the extra off the ground. Same can still here. Now they said they want to cancel my service after being a customer prob 10 years cause of this. Not recommend now. They say they lost money on recycling. So why they doing it then? Makes no sense they want to charge for extra recycling. I'll quit referring people to them

Late arrival of my dumpster with more notice than they stated they needed. They picked the dumpster up way before scheduled time. But to top it off I the overage fee I had (yes Ik there was a fee) they called 3 days before due asking if they could run my card I said no (money wouldn’t be in my account until the next day) I was told the owner proceeded to run my card anyway after I Specifically said no. Long story short go somewhere more professional. Still waiting on a call from owner 3 days later.
