I brought my phone in this past Monday to get the screen fixed before I went out of town (it had a crack that was interfering with the front camera). I was told it would be a couple hours max, I finally received a call to my friend’s phone asking if my speaker worked before I dropped my phone off. It did, I let them know and they said they would call me back. I was told that the only screens they had in stock must have been defective and they put my cracked screen back on. I unfortunately didn’t test my phone before I left, and I didn’t realize until after they closed that the earpiece speaker

Love the in-home visit service option for my business equipment! So much easier than dragging the computer into town for anyone (including myself, a busy work-from-home small business owner). Many times, part of the problem is connections between equipment in the regular setting that the computer, printer, router and such are at. So, this affordable in home service is priceless really. I took a PC to these guys, it was a little older and asked for an honest opinion on whether or not it could be brought back to a useful life. The IT or tech, told me absolutely, as long as I spent $200 on it for a video card it should be fine. Well, they put the video card in, the PC constantly crashes (didn’t before) and the monitors just go blank randomly and is only fixed by a reboot. I also bought a $200 windows 10 upgrade for this pc, so I’m at 370 on this thing and it doesn’t work at all. When I suggested something was wrong I got a pretty bad attitude from the staff and owners. I won’t
