Requested to have grout cleaned in kitchen/dining/laundry room, fire place, entry way, 2 bathrooms. Comes to my house, sees that we live there ( there's a lot of stuff comment and asking me if I was moving in which I responded with a no) , sees my hardwood floors, doesn't bother to look at the bathrooms bc per him he's been doing this job for 12 years and houses are like cookie cutter homes all the way to belton and quotes me $200 for all services. asked him if he could still get the job done wed at 8am and he said he'd let me know around lunch time. then in a text he says yes to wed 8am but no
