Absolutely disgusted at the poor customer service, I emailed to get a chance to talk with Ken and rather than it being explained that I should not ask my question via the email, I was told "I dont think so..please dont email or you will be blocked" and because I was confused I sent an email apologizing for offending the moderator and was then blocked. This is very unprofessional, maybe the moderator was having a bad day but the fact is that they hung up on my call two times. I never leave poor reviews but this service was truly heinous.

Accurate? I guess. I called asking about myself and he spoke about my son and his father. I know sometimes spirit tells you want you need to know, not necessarily what you ask about, but this was not the case. I like his style, no nonsense type, but he assumes things. He assumed that because I don't have my children's father on child support I MUST be on public assistance and I have never been. He was surprised as heck when I had to fight to get a word in that I've always worked, take care of my children on my own and I'm in graduate school. The reading turned into telling me
