Carol has helped people with their weight loss challenges for almost 40 years. Early on she recognized that the body/mind experience was just more than talk. It was the key to lasting success. As a holistic practitioner and teacher of self-help, transformational and energy techniques, along with dietary counseling and healthy food tips, she has integrated the best of the best for fabulous results.

Most people focus on the food, calories and exercise. While these are important, Carol emphasizes focusing on the most important issue, your unconscious mind. She combines her love of people with a systematic and intuitive approach to help people reach their desired goals using Hypnosis, EFT, and other modalities.

I use a variety of techniques to help you tap into your inner resources and achieve glowing success in reaching your goals. They include: Hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Stress Release, Muscle Testing, food engineering and dietary tips, Yoga Therapy, and more.
Get your weight loss on the right track easily and successfully by losing emotional blocks and unhealthy habit patterns that have been stopping you for a long time. Finally make weight loss easy! Get the guidance and support that'll you'll need. Have increasing awareness of your thoughts, emotions, beliefs and behaviors, which will result in deep change.
These sessions generally run once a week for eight weeks. They are perfect for those who benefit from the support of a group, sharing and learning from others on the same journey. For some people, being in a group holds them more accountable. In addition, this option is less costly and therefore more suitable for some.
Diet: Learning what foods are healthy and how to put together a 'diet for life' program that works for you can be challenging. I offer individual dietary counseling sessions and well as group classes to help you in the process. We set up realistic goals so that busy people, with good planning, can still eat well.

Carol Crenshaw takes a multi-faceted approach to helping clients with weight loss. Some of her tools include Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), relaxation & breath work, hypnosis, & visualization exercises. Her guidance has helped me understand blockages to weight loss like emotional eating & given me alternative habits to replace the unhealthy ones.
