Service is the name of the game. Treating clients as family has always been our team goal. P&B began doing business in 1982, founded by Ron and LeaAnn Palecki. It didn't take long for them to teach their youngest son, Dan, that service was not a department, but a mindset. Working side by side with Ron and LeaAnn since 1996, it didn't take Dan long to need additional staff.
