Synergy PT & Athletic Performance, LLC is a privately owned PT clinic founded in 2006 by local PG graduate Christian Wheeler. After years of travel and mentorships, Synergy PT was founded with the desire to create an eclectic, engaging environment for patients and staff. While physical therapy is the root of its birth, personal wellness and holistic growth has become its reality.

Many of our PT clients continue with our wellness program and transition PT progress into fitness and personal gains that change their lives. At Synergy PT, we also work to improve posture, which if left uncorrected can cause damaging musculoskeletal conditions due to compensation. Lindsey is a long term resident of the tri-cities area and is happy to be BACK working for Christian after a 10 year hiatus! Lindsey is attending John Tyler Community College to purse her career in business management, we are excited to have her as our new Office Manager! When Lindsey is not attending to her studies or working she is attending to her beloved husband, Brian and her 2 adorable children, Sully and Eliza.

If you need Physical Therapy this is the place. Small business with a “part of the family” atmosphere. They truly know their stuff. Its a good feeling to look forward to PT and know you are in good hands.

They not just work me out after my surgery on my Achilles but they took time and developed a work out plan for me. They rotated there staff so you not just working with one person the whole team works with you.

From Lindsey (front desk) to therapists, all professional & friendly. They take time to listen to patients. They are punctual & very knowledgeable in all aspects of your rehab. I've witnessed past patients go to that K them & show off the progress (from wheelchair to walking w/o any help). Place is always clean. I live going to my appointments.
