I called up Paul at Exotic Auto about an oil change and reverse light fix, he was very professional and quick to reply. Right when I entered the shop I felt very welcomed and comfortable. They did not sugar coat anything and were straight to the point, polite and very professional. Best service I’ve ever gotten at any dealership and or body shop. Found my new go to shop! I have VW MK6 GTI that has stage 2 hardware/software upgrades, so I'm very particular about who I bring my car to.. I needed an alignment (after the last shop failed to align it properly after two attempts) and my snows mounted and balanced. Exotic has the best alignment and balancing equipment you can get and was also able to source and replace my tie rods in the same day! Paul was great from the beginning with up front pricing and they got the job done quickly and I have 100% confidence in their work.

I have been bringing my X5 50I service here, and have nothing but good things to say about Exotic automotive, I bring my vehicles For regular maintenance to mayor drivetrain work and They’re alway very professional and friendly. First thoughts were; “am I lost?” The shop is about four miles off route 9, past farms and cows and tractors. Once I arrived it was clear I was in the right place, however. I have a 2016 Audi s6 that has seen service in just about ever Audi dealership in mass/ct and my experience with EA exceeded everywhere else from a value, professionalism and work quality context. Very reliable, profesional and friendly owner, I felt very confident that my car was going to be in the best hands for the full detailing/ceramic coating service along with refinishing wheels. rust removal and calipers, once I received my car it felt like it was coming right out from the dealer on 2014. Best feeling ever, the interior was amazing fully polished, vacuumed, odor neutralized along with seats shampooed. will definitely be coming back for an exhaust upgrade in the future. I brought my car to the North Hadley Exotic Auto Services for detailing with particular attention to be given to vent cleaning/steaming. I was told I was getting a "Stage 2" detailing that would be very thorough. The car was with them for 4 days. When I retrieved it I was shocked to see that only the interior had been cleaned! To me, detailing a car means interior AND exterior, especially for $250!!! Although the son of the owner offered me the option of not paying, I did pay, but "only" $100. It pains me to know that I had had another option for COMPLETE detailing for $150

I would be very very careful with the likely fake reviews for this business. I saw the 200+ reviews on Google Maps, all five star. However, until a few months ago, it didn't even have a presence on Yelp. I've never seen such a large contrast between Google Maps and Yelp and such a large number of identical ratings. So I did a little digging, please see pictures. The majority of the reviewers have ever only written one or two reviews. Guess what? Those who wrote two, one is to this business and the other apparently to a new location of the same owner, with identical text. I don't
