Deep Tissue Massage Therapy is similar to Swedish "relaxation" massage, except with much deeper pressure. Deep pressure massage is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. It focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia. Whether you are a competitive athlete or a weekend warrior your performance could greatly benefit from adding a massage to your recovery routine.
We Understand that life happens and we ask that you call and let us know if you are running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late expect the time of your appointment to be shortened by the amount of minutes you are late and to be charged for the amount of the scheduled appointment. If you Cancel less then 12 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged FULL PRICE of your scheduled appointment.

Great experience! Friendly, caring staff. Clean, calm environment. I received a deep tissue massage from Charlotte and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. She clearly cared about my health as she asked many questions and offered suggestions such as stretching and other ways to alleviate my back pain. Highly recommend!

Today I had the absolute best massage by Debbie I’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere is relaxing and so peaceful. My back had been bothering me and had gone to a chiropractor a couple times but I’ve probably been walking crooked throwing all muscles off. Debbie was incredibly thorough with strong sensitive hands and found every knotted muscle making them right again! Made my next appointment in 3 weeks. I love how they make my body feel right again.
