At our practice we truly strive to create an atmosphere that changes what it means to give quality healthcare. Fundamental to our practice beliefs are developing and maintaining a relationship with our patients. Our method to help you involves a simple, yet effective plan. First, we get you back to baseline by stabilizing any problems you might have.
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a contract directly between a patient and a provider. We do not accept insurance but instead bill you a low monthly membership fee that covers a majority of the cost of your primary healthcare throughout the year.
With a membership model, we are capable of sustaining a smaller practice volume and allow us to have increased access and extended visit times at no additional costs (schedule permitting) for included services.The true goal of medicine is to get people healthy and to keep them healthy not to have a revolving door of sickness.

Home visits are a special type of visit offered to our members where our providers will come to your home, work or any other location in the Fort Collins area! In response to the global pandemic we have decided to transition our practice to a completely mobile environment and offer our full scope capabilities in the comfort of your own home.

Starlight Health is the second DPC provider I’ve had in the last five years. I feel I’m receiving a superior level of care than I received from the previous provider. I’m among the first patients to join Starlight Health – I’ve yet to have a problem scheduling an appointment that was convenient for me.
Jason is proving to be the most patience provider I’ve ever had. Jason makes you feel like he’s giving one hundred percent of his attention during appointments. On the very rare occasion something

Jason is amazing! He is caring and most of all very knowledgeable. He helped me through my harsh covid weeks and it was a much better alternative for him to come to my house and make sure I was on the road to recovery instead of me having to go into an emergency room where the outcome would have been more painful in my opinion since they tell you there is nothing they can do. Jason asked questions in detail and made sure he was as careful as humanly possible but most of all he made sure I was emotionally ok. I was not able to keep food down and he prescribed an antinausea that helped so much

Jason is worth his weight in gold! At Starlight Health, you get the experience you always wanted with a doctor, but have never had. I’ve NEVER seen a doctor that would do mobile, virtual, and office visits - and in up to 1 1/2 hour increments! Jason has the freedom to really care for his patients, and not be restricted by a billion dollar company that sees me as a number, and not a person. You get an incredible amount of care for the cost, and you get a doctor that genuinely cares and wants to help. Starlight Health is the way to go!

Jason is an amazing provider! He has been helping my fiancé and I, and we both really appreciate his knowledge, thoroughness, and his one-on-one approach. He is very good at what he does, and he offers mobile visits which have been awesome! He caters to you and really cares! We highly recommend him- it is a great value for what you get!
