Services
As the seat of Lander County, NV, Battle Mountain is a popular area in the region. The city's main industries have always been mining and ranching, both of which continue to this day. The city's name came from a battle that took place between Native Americans and prospectors who had discovered the copper in the mountains.

We had to stop Midway between SLC and Reno. Battle Mountain is a sweet little town. We caught their Christmas tree lighting ceremony the very night, and only night, we stayed. Clark park was clean, convenient. Price was ok-$35 for our size rig (30 ft) for the night. We'd stay again if ever in the area.

Clean but extremely rude owner. Rather stay at the truck stop. Customer relations is not a part of this company.

Honestly not a bad park but could be a little better. It was clean and easy to check-in/pay, kind of a good. The Laundromat was probably one of the most expensive I've ever been to, the "dog park" wasn't a dog park it is literally an empty lot devoid of grass entirely. The cable and wifi that they state they have is almost false advertisement as there were only 3 channels of which 2 weren't coming in. As for the wifi, they might as well not even have it, the internet kept failing to connect and kept stating that the connection is too weak and kept kicking us out. Park was mediocre and nice for

Fantastic stop for RVers passing through Nevada. Very clean, large spots, easy on and off the freeway, and the long term sites are well maintained and not scuzzy as well. The playground isn't much to write home about, however there is a very large playground just two blocks away by the Hideout restaurant. We will definitely be stopping here on more long haul trips.

Very convenient location on 80 at about the halfway point through Nevada. Sites are gravel, level and very clean. Bathroom/ shower is spacious and clean. I would agree with their website claim that it is the best RV Park on 80 in Nevada. It will be my go to for all my RV trips through Nevada.

Great place to stay as you travel through I-80 or find yourself staying in Battle Mountain for a while. From the bathrooms to the dog park, everything was super clean. Randy and the staff are really friendly and helpful. You won't find a better value when it comes to cost and quality within 200 miles! Right off I-80 but not noisy. My pups and I will stay here again.

As other reviews have mentioned, Battle Mountain is pretty much in the middle of nowhere, but does happen to be about an 8 hour drive from the bay area which is what we wanted for our first day driving.

There are no reservations, but they had space. We called to make sure there was space as we passed through Winnemucca just in case we needed to pull off there. The owner answered and said there were 3 back in spots left which would suit our little trailer and very near to the dog run.

The maps app on the iPhone had us turn one street before the main entrance which brought us through the backside

It's fine. Good for an over night. It's all gravel and paved roads. Bathrooms and laundry facility are clean. You have to pay to use the showers. Their self check in is easy once you figure it out, but they maybe need more and clearer instructions. Huge dirt dog park.

Stayed over night and checked in after 6 on a trip from California to Yellowstone NP. The staff was still there and he was very friendly and helpful on how to self check in as the office was closed. Very clean RV park and away from highway. The bathroom with shower is super clean. Will stay again.

This is an extremely clean and well run park. We stopped for one night on our way thru the area and we’re both so glad we stayed here. The bathrooms are very nice and very clean. The showers do take quarters but it’s all good. We both had a great nights sleep. The owners are very nice and very helpful. They gave us great recommendations for purchasing a steak for our next camping night (the local grocery store) and breakfast (the owl). We would definitely stay here again.

Needed a stop just for an overnight. Called and they had a spot available. They gave us the spot that we could use over the phone and explained how to use the late arrival check in. The park was setup really nice and we could park both our truck with the trailer and my other truck in the same spot without any problems. Great dog area also!

We live in Nevada and pass through Battle Mountain frequently when traveling. Typically, we try and stay in Elko. We're so glad that we pressed on and drove an extra hour closer to home (Reno) because we discovered this RV Park. It is absolutely fabulous! One of the cleanest and best maintained RV parks we've stayed at. The overnight pull-thru lots are spacious and separated by white fences. Clean, clean, clean and well-maintained!!! We've sent messages to all of our RV'ing friends to add this place to their stops. The owner even stopped by to ask if everything was okay

Overnighted here in our travel trailer. The five star reviews we read lured us in (as well as a 400 mile day). The owners have devised an excellent hands free check in that respects everyone's safety regarding the Coronavirus. Cash, check, credit card are taken. Spaces are roomy pull throughs and some back ins. Very clean and well kept. A lot of thought and planning has gone into building this RV park. Huge 6 acre dog park and good WiFi. Destined to be our go to stop when traveling I-80.

Site was very clean, well kept grounds. Easy self check-in and close to lots of food.

$35/night with full hook ups and a pull through site. Sites were wide and grounds are quiet. Easy in, easy out. HUGE dog park. No grass, but it's Nevada!

This place is right off the Interstate. So convenient and perfect for an overnighter!

Clark Park is in Battle Mountain, NV. If you haven't been there, it is in the middle of nowhere. Nevada is notorious for extremely long stretches of desert highway with no gas stations. Battle Mountain is also almost exactly half way between the Sacramento area and Salt Lake City. That is about 10 hours for us. So breaking it into two 5 hour trips is perfect.

Clark Park has low to the ground sewer hookups, water and electric (30 & 50). The sites are mostly pull through and VERY spacious compared to the norm. This place is not a destination but an oasis of calm, quiet and relaxation

This is a sweet RV park. Cute white fences for each site. Full hookups, bathrooms with showers, a laundromat, and a dog run. It is right next to a cemetary which I really liked. The gravel is nice to drive on and walk. There are 4 well groomed trees on each side of the sites with nice green leaves. Everything is labeled nicely and they have self check in.

Stayed in the Overnight section last night. Area is crushed rock so drainage isn't an issue. Showers are $1.50 for 3 minutes and are incredibly clean. Laundry facilities onsite. $30/night, but well worth it.

As full time RV-ers, we always appreciate a nice park for our overnight stays as we travel across the country. And this is a NICE one. Good pricing, easy pull-in, easy to level, perfect hookups. And it's QUIET! It's away from the usual truck and train noise.
The roads are paved. The sites are stone. Laundry and bath facilities are neat and clean.
We found this to be a very nice oasis in the desert.
