After consulting with a couple of other local companies , I decided to try In The Sky for my surveillance needs. Although I reside in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, I wanted to feel a little more comfortable . I called In The Sky for an estimate to install security cameras outside of my home that would be hard-wired in with a NVR, plenty of storage and with the capability of cameras recording at night. Mr. Ronny promptly returned my call and came to my home to provide me with an estimate. A few days later we discussed installation date and all details that would take place that day

With a recent spike in crime in our neighborhood we decided to install security cameras . Emailed In The Sky after reading and hearing great things about them. The owner Ronny came out and was extremely knowledgeable and advised of the best camera locations and a system to meet my budget.
Since I had to get this approved through my HOA, Ronny provided detail images and drawings of the system layout on my house. HOA approved right away. In the Sky gave a very competitive quote for security install. You have to be a bit persistent in reaching them as they seem fairly busy. The guys came out as scheduled and installed wired hikvision cameras which works great and explained how it all works. The windows program from Hikvision is a bit clunky and I wish they included a manual since it has so many options but overall a good experience and I would utilize them again.

I was referred to Ronny from In the Sky by a friend who has used them several times and was very happy with his work. Called the office to set up a quote and I was told Ronny would call me back, well 4 days go by no call back. So I call the office again and let them know it’s been 4 days no call back they informed me Ronny will call right away and he called within the hr. We set up a day for him to come look at the house for a quote and he canceled the first appointment two hrs before he was supposed to be there…again wasting my time and money. UPDATE: I am changing this review back to 5 stars. Ronnie made contact and corrected the issue. He was very professional and genuine as to the reason of delay.
This company was recommended the first time and the service was great. But now being ignored. Have been trying for the last 4 weeks, left numerous messages regarding the issue of not being able to view on phone and a estimate on additional camera. Being told each time Ronnie will call, still waiting...no phonecalls. Unless this company calls and corrects the issue soon, I will not be recommending this company.

First off let me say I am a stickler when it comes to customer service. There were a couple of emails that weren't answered correctly or as expeditiously as I would like. Most of the communication was really good though and fast. It was just some that wasn't up to par. they were busy with a big job, so for that I give them a 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Have a great 5 star experience the first time they did work for us. Unfortunately, when I asked for a follow-up smaller job a couple months later they ignored me. They Promised a call back that never happened. I figured they only do larger jobs, won't support additional work later. If not so, prove me wrong and I'll modify this review.

In the Sky has completely failed at customer service. I have been having trouble with the cameras and the Ring that they installed. Cameras will not replay recorded events, they jump or skip and the Ring work sometimes. The Ring alerts me about 4 minutes after something triggers the alerts. Half the time it's black screen or white screen with no images. The other half of the time you cannot access any video at all. In The Sky keeps telling it's a network issue yet they will not come out for a service call at all. They promise they will be arriving at a scheduled time and date but don't show, call

Everything went smooth. I had a issue to which they responded quickly and came back to fix with no questions asked! I purchased an eight camera system from In the Sky three years ago. Ronnie and his team delivered a great syatem and have been helpful in assisting and answering questions when necessary. I recently switched out my internet service which required reconfiguring the system. Ronnie walked we through the process over email to save a service call.
It is great to patronize companys who are there for their customers after the sale. I will need new cameras within the next few years and will purchase them from In the Sky.
