Rental World

Received a dirty tent (INSIDE & OUTSIDE) for my daughter’s graduation party.
My husband and I are presently cleaning it because it is a TOTAL embarrassment to host guests, inside of a dirty tent.
The guys who set the tent up, claimed the tents normally come clean, but they don’t know what happened today. REALLY???
I knew I should have went with another company, but thought since new management was identified on their site, I should give them a shot. I am kicking myself for not going with my first thought.

Had reservation for tent, tables and chairs for a grad party on 6/12, delivery was supposed to be on 6/11. On 6/11 they said they were running behind and it would be there by 7 am on 6/12. IRS not just before 11 am on 6/12 and they are a no show. Grad party is supposed to start in 3 hours. Can’t reach anyone. No phone call with an explanation.

I had the best experience with Rental World! They came and dropped everything off for my sons birthday which was an absolute success. Everything was great, and the staff was amazing! Rental World was a total disappointment.
It poured all day on my daughter’s wedding day, and that was less disappointing to me than the service we received from Rental World.
We used Rental World for our daughter’s outdoor wedding reception because they were able to guarantee a large tent if the weather didn't cooperate, and it did not. We called to make the changes and Daniel assured us that it was no problem - the tent would be there Thursday afternoon.
The guarantee, however, did come with a price. We were charged $1650 for a 40 x 80 tent. The same tent can be rented for less from these

Excellent! Delivery guys were professional and courteous. They put all of the tables and chairs exactly where I asked them. Every thing was very clean. All of the tables and chairs were wiped down and spotless. The linens were crisp and very white! I would definitely recommend them and I want to use them again for whatever event I host next!

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service received today. We contractually agreed they would arrive at 1:15 p.m. with a crew to set up the space. We paid extra for the crew. They did not arrive until 2:30 p.m., and the event had a 3:30 p.m start. It took their staff, several volunteers AND our custodial staff to get the room close to ready for 3:30 p.m. Because of their tardiness, the caterer was unable to set up the food stations, and the decorating team could not place the centerpieces on tables. We had to start 20 minutes late, and I informed several of our guests the reason for the delay

We needed extra chairs for Christmas, I called and left a message not realizing they were already closed for the holidays. They called back and went out of their way to drive in and get us the chairs. How many businesses will take this kind of initiative for customer service? I was blown away - and the chairs were perfect. Thank you again!

Rental World was awesome to work with. At the last minute I was able to contact them due to a cancellation of a tent for my daughters graduation party. They were able to provide what I needed. At the very last minute we ran into another issue with the tent and they were able to resolve it quickly. Daniel and Gabrielle are amazing. I will definitely use them again.

This company is great. We use them for all of our events. They have excellent customer service and communication. The attributes I enjoy most are there willingness to work with us even during last minute orders, the communication and cleanliness. The linens are always clean and pressed. One thing that I judge a company by is how fast they respond and who you are able to gwt access to for help. I was able to get help from the owner on down, no hassle with my order, delivery or pick up. I would recommend them to anyone!

In today's day and age, it is difficult to find excellent customer service, friendly staff and excellent value all under one roof. I found it today at Rental World in Berkley, Michigan. I called this morning to rent two tables for my garage sale tomorrow, and I received some of the best treatment ever from a retail establishment. Easy, accommodating, and so nice. I will definitely be doing repeat business!!!

I've used Rental World for 2 events so far and I've received 5 star service both times. The staff is SO friendly and accommodating (even on last min. notice!). Their prices are super reasonable. Will continue to go back for all my rental needs!!!
