I was not aware of the existence of this agency prior to today. Now that I am aware of the services they provide, I will definitely continue to return to them. I'd like to especially thank Ms. Ingrid for being so patient with me all day (via phone might I add) and for providing me with great and professional customer service. I felt as though I accomplished so much yet she did all the work for me. Ingrid gave me the best customer service ever ! She helped me find good insurance for a lower cost than my previous insurance! How awesome is that ?! She was very nice and patient with me. She deserves to be noticed ! I will definitely let her management know that she is an awesome employee! She is truly someone who cares about her customers. Went in today to purchase an insurance policy. In the process a ring was found on the floor of where we were sitting. While “Ingrid” saw we found the ring and were looking at it, the owner of said ring called if anyone found it. Ingrid instead of asking if we found the ring or seen it; accused us of stealing the ring. Telling owners’ of the ring that they have footage of whoever ”took” the ring when we clearly found it on the floor; instead of being professional and courteous and asking us. As we heard her accusations, we are sitting at her desk... we decided not to give her the ring
