Definitely a high quality firm. The listing agent had a good appraisal of the value of my home and what the competition was in my area. He provide good advice on how to show the house and arranged for the 3D photography of the home. The house sold on the first day of the listing and the closing went well.

The Scott Rodgers team knocked it out of the park as far as I am concerned. I was able to choose them over the competition based on the data and face to face reassurances that I was making the best decision regarding who best had my interests in mind when it came down to selling. They were able to fetch top dollar for my home. Five thousand more than our asking price which was partially due to the nature of the current sellers market, but also because of the strategies used to sell fast. We approached Scott’s Team a few months before we were ready to put the house on the market. With their guidance, we made a few changes in our home and listed it when they said the time was right.
