Great experience at this vendor. Loved that I was able to book my appointment online when I was able to, their schedule popped up and I was able to just pick a day and time within a week. I got a confirmation email and a text reminder which we're also helpful. Their rates were clear in the website as well as the length of time the detail would take. When I arrived I was greeted, they took a quick look at my car to make sure they could do the job in that amount of time and then took my keys and off I went. I returned to a car that was sparkling in and out! It looked better than the day

I agree with a previous reviewer that they were not completely satisfied. My car was definitely more clean after the detail versus before, but it is not what I expected. There were some spots missed and there were streaks left on the windshield and the vanity mirrors. Almost as if an oily substance was used to clean them. At quick glance, looks great but after taking a better look it's not what I would expect from a 'detail'.

They are okay, was not completely satisfied with the Interior Spa detailing. They missed spilled dry milk under the passenger seat, which I had to bring to their attention. The glove compartment and the middle compartment between the two front seat was not cleaned at all. They left streaks in the front and back glass windows. Lastly, the gas and break pedals were not cleaned at all. They did a great job vacumming and cleaning the rubber/plastic carpets.

Absolutely Amazing!! First, let me say i have never written a review on Yelp so you know Boston Auto Spa really amazed me with their work! I've had my car for 5 years now & never got a detail so you could imagine the stains I had, from food, juice, makeup, water stains from the rain if you could think of anything else I'm sure I had it. BOSTON AUTO SPA did exactly what they said they would do. My car literally looks like i just bought it at the dealer 5 years ago. I don't even want anyone sitting in my car anymore lol. I will definitely be coming back & I sure did tell all

Really great price. The most reasonable in the area. I got the interior cleaning on my Honda CR-V and they did a great job. I have two kids under 7 and we never even vacuumed the car for the last 5 years and they cleaned every nook and cranny. The owner is really easy to talk to and to ask questions. I made the appointment directly on the website. Definitely worth going to if you live in the area. I'll be going back again.

I don't get my car detailed frequently (nor do I often bother to leave yelp reviews), but after the last couple years of camping trips and many years of standard wear and tear, my car was developing a funk. I booked an interior detail online and dropped it off Saturday morning.
I picked it up and was blown away! The carpets had been so well cleaned, they looked new (despite the years of coffee stains and muddy boots!) and the car had that clean smell, but did NOT stink like artificial air freshener or overpowering cleaning products the way I had feared.

My 10 year old Honda looks brand new! Every little space is perfectly cleaned. I had a ton of random pine needles and dirt from shoes and toddler snacks here and there, but now it's spotless. Online booking is super convenient. Price is very reasonable compared to surrounding businesses. I am definitely going back.

First time going to this business and I can say with full sincerity I was not disappointed.
I’ve neglected cleaning the interior of my vehicle for months. I have a dog and several kids in and out consistently… leaving behind candy wrappers, old potato chips , small toys you name it, it was in there.
I am embarrassed to show some of these before and after pictures but it’s a testament to show how good of a job they did.

My wife's car, black ford explorer, had gotten paint speckles along the front left bumper and side left corner panel. Brought it to them on a recommendation, I am so happy I did. They examined the car, told me that they would be able to remove it.
When I went they were really busy. So I thought that they would do a decent job, plus it had been raining for two days.
But when I got the car back. It looked fantastic. Also there was some water inside of the car due to the sunroof. They were able to remove the water, dry and shampoo the carpet.

This shop is not bad but I would not give them a 4 or 5. I had an appointment for a 2 hour cleaning/ detailing. The cleaning and detailing took 3 hours and 15 minutes. They charged the initial quote of $140 which I appreciated. My car was significantly cleaner but they missed some spots completely. There was still gunk on part of the steering wheel, inbetween the seats and the center console, and in the cup holders. They had made an attempt to clean the cup holders but hadn't gotten everything. I have high expectations and would not return to this shop for detailing in the future.
