I hired Lee to come in and install a shower door at my house. He quoted me a much higher price than other quotes I had received but said he could do it the next day so we decided to just go with him. After installing the shower door he had placed shims under it and asked that we didn’t open the door for several days, which we adhered to. When we finally opened the door we noticed that either he or his son (who he brought as his helper) had broken the tile that they had mounted the door hinge to. I immediately sent him a picture and said that the tile had been broken. He immediately placed all
