The actual work provided was great. The only issue we had was we were told they were coming out on Thursday and then they had apparently thought they were coming Friday even though they wrote to us to tell us it was confirmed Thursday. The only constructive feedback I would have is when scheduling a day on your website, dates which are not available be blocked; (in this case the Memorial day).
Every crew does 10-15 properties a day. If it rained today, yesterday or the day before it's possible we could still be playing catch-up. We'll get to your lawn as soon as possible. If we don't show up right on time, please remember that if there was rain recently, thats probably the reason why.
