Just a short drive from Dallas/Fort Worth, Lost Oak Winery features beautifully cultivated vineyards, majestic oak trees, and winding walking paths-all along the banks of Village Creek. Enjoy a delicious tasting, sip a glass of seasonal wine, or take a tour of our enchanting wine cellar.
Walk through the vineyards and wine barns while learning the ins and outs of growing grapes and making award-winning wine in Texas. Our tour guide will walk you through our vineyards, wine barn, and cellar. After your tour, feel free to stay and relax with a gourmet cheese board to accompany your glass or bottle of wine.
The Bordeaux wine region is a world-renowned destination for all wine lovers. Here, not only will you discover some of the most renowned appellations, but you will also have the opportunity to visit prestigious Classified Growth wineries and taste some of the most famous blends that this area has to offer.
The virtual world is here to stay! Join us for a virtual wine tasting in the comfort of your own space. We offer customized private tastings for Clubs, Corporations and Private Groups. During our tastings, you will have the opportunity to explore wines with our top wine connoisseurs. Each tasting is personalized to the group attending.
Bird walks will be held on the 3rd Saturday of every month from 8:30 am - 10:00 am. Enter the drive past the main winery gates, labeled "Bike & Hike Trail." The trail is rough in areas, so it is more of an intermediate level hike. The walk usually lasts anywhere from 1 hour to an hour in a half. Please wear comfortable shoes, bring water, your binoculars, and get ready for some nature fun!

Lost Oak Winery is an unexpected fund just outside of Burleson, TX. They specialize in Shiraz, but their Viognier, Tempranillo, and Meritage are very good. Be sure to try their blend while it lasts. The winery has a beautiful and peaceful setting to enjoy with family and friends with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. It is definitely worth visiting. I highly recommend it!

I had such a great time at Lost Oak taking a guided tour. Our guide Michele was super knowledgeable from her years of volunteering at the property, and she was very easy to talk to!
I tasted a handful of red and white wines as well as their standard cheese board. I am no wine expert, but enjoyed everything I tasted! Both the outdoor patio and indoor tasting room were quiet, cozy and clean. The grounds were also really well-kept and there is even a hiking / biking trail that is part of the property if you want to explore a little.

This place was sooo cute and relaxing. It is very small and simple. We went on a Sunday and they had lots of cute little tables and lights set up. We got two bottles and two charcuterie boards. It was a girls night and we had lots of fun! They also have a covered patio and a venue for parties which looked beautiful. The girls checking out knew exactly which wines to suggest and were soo nice. There are days when they have live music and I cannot wait to go! Price is right. Location beautiful and wine and cheese platters were delicious! Def recommended even for a big group or with your better half

Met a group of friends here to celebrate a birthday. It was the first visit for all 4 of us. It was the first day of spring so that made it even better! We chose a table in the shade although there were available tables in the open along with picnic tables along the perimeter. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and we were all excited to meet and catch up in the space. You're able to bring food and there's food ( cheese boards and other snacks) for purchase but I missed that nonalcoholic beverages could be brought otherwise I would've taken bottled water . I did see that water

Beautiful property that has some great events. We have been here two different times for wine tasting and both times really enjoyed sitting down to sample in the variety of the wines. They have tasty cheese plates and other snacks to munch on with your wine. When we were there yesterday they were having a band outside and they allow you to bring your own chairs and just hang out on the lawn with a bottle of wine. It's very fun . Every time we go I always enjoy spending time at the property. There's only two bathrooms and that would be the only reason I'm not giving them five stars

We went to one of the socially distant outdoor concerts they have and it was great. It was only $8 but we got so much more value out of it. Tables are far spaced and we felt safe! The band was very good and interacted with the audience. They had people up on their feet dancing!
The wine was superb. Im usually not a red person, but I thought the cab was perfection. The tasting was so good, most of us ended up buying bottles.
I'll come back here for sure.

Large property with winery, food, outdoor seating. The host was so friendly and informative. Can't wait for the wine tastings to return. Supposedly they host virtual wine tastings for the time being and post updates on facebook and on their website. The property has a trail, event house, and various places to drink and enjoy the nature. I am not very experienced with win yet but the rose was fruity and smooth. The menu inside is more extensive than that online btw.

Lost Oak Winery deserves 5 stars and more! We held our daughter's bridal shower here yesterday and I cannot compliment them enough! The venue is absolutely beautiful and the coordinator Brooke was amazing and arranged everything exactly as we wanted it. She made sure to answer every question we had and her communications and efforts were greatly appreciated!
The staff that attended to our guests were so helpful and kind, even going as far as helping with setup and retrieving run-away balloons that escaped! Could not have asked for more from them!

Gorgeous location and cute patio area, but a day here can be a little pricey for a group. We had a few bottles with family in their garden space on Saturday while listening to a band play on their patio. They allow two samples per person if you're looking to buy wine, with glasses $8 and bottles $16-30 ish. Food truck that pulled up was super cute but as the only food option besides the picnic style cheese plate (though this was cute!). Definitely would come back! They also have memberships

The Lost Oak Winery was a very beautiful wedding venue, and I am so happy that we had our wedding here! They were very accommodating and allowed us to use several things that were not in our package. We had friends catering our wedding, and they had so many useful items in the kitchen that they let us use. They also allowed us to use multiple easels and a chandelier that wasn't in our package. Their wine is absolutely amazing, and our guests enjoyed the wine mixes (raspberry rose and sangria) they created. There were a few small hiccups on the wedding day, but that is to be expected. Nice winery located in Burleson. I went for a private event. The grounds were cute and simple. The seating areas were very nice. The wine was just ok for me. Nothing wowed me after doing my tasting. Definitely a nice place to hang out and drink wine or eat cheese with friends. I also think it would be a pretty location for a wedding and they have a private room. Overall is was a good experience.

We finally visited this winery that's practically in our backyard a few months ago. How have we not been here all of these years! We ended up joining the club and love picking up our bottles ever other month. Since were members we get free tastings or a glass of wine when we visit. We also get discounts on bottles and events so I'd highly recommend joining if you're nearby or think you may visit often.
We prefer red wine and haven't had one we don't like. The staff are very friendly. There's a walking path behind the tasting room but we haven't walked on it

I always have a great experience and even better wine. I often bring out of town visitors here and am never disappointed. After several tastings and purchased bottles, I can't find a single complaint. There are often a variety of events going on and $5 a glass happy hours on Thursdays. Family friendly on a beautiful property!
