I would never recommend this company. Nothing but broken promises from their Salt Lake City office (I spoke with the 3 or 4 people including the owner, said her name is Leslie), and Las Vegas, NV where the work was done. In June 2021, they replaced my windshield but ICON AUTO GLASS FAILED TO REINSTALL or REPLACE all pieces of the rubber molding that surrounds the glass. I made and received no less than 10 calls (plus several emails) beginning in June while they sent three separate technicians (a fourth tech was expected, but he never showed up) to check out the damage and all promised me a replacement

I-CON is the perfect name for these Fraudulent wanna be's...They left a hole in the center of a chip. Noticed it less than 24 hrs after getting inside car...Called to complain, they sent a guy out.. They guy said talk to management. Well that's the problem management isn't interested in anything but money...Now I'm reporting Fraudulent Bissness Practices.

I ended up calling this place referral from my insurance company to get a windshield replaced. Boy was that a fiasco! they left stain damages and scratches in my car. They damaged some mirror ornaments I had hanging, their was sticky residue in my car all over that was difficult to scrub off, some scratches on the outside paint. They broke the mirror cover and the part has to be ordered from the Volkswagen dealer its not an aftermarket part. I had the unfortunate experience of having my car window smashed in the other day. It’s completely violating and scary, but I knew I needed to replace it right away. The place my insurance chose couldn’t do it for two days. So I shopped around myself and found Icon Glass. I’m super glad I did. It was very easy to communicate with them. Over text message no less. And the phone call was quick as well. They were able to come within a two hour window the next morning! The guy got it done in a half hour and I could use my car again. Found this company online was a bit more than the others I found but their mobile service was included in the price so that's what got me. I scheduled an appointment for the hours between 8am - 1pm, waited all morning and no one ever showed up I never received a confirmation or a text from the tech saying he wouldn't make the appointment, at 5:20pm I got a call from a gentleman saying he was in front of my home to repair my window. I had a small chip in my windshield that I wanted repaired. I looked into a few places and a lot of them seemed very overpriced. Someone referred me here and I sent them a text via their website and they got right back to me with a quote and quick availability. The guys were so nice I was done within 10 minutes and I've had no issues since. Highly recommend!
