First I have to acknowledge Derek's unique method, his postcard tarot, which are wonderful and amazingly insightful. I have had several readings with Derek, all of which have been spot on. Sometimes I see the connection right away, and sometimes the message unfolds later.
I also recently had the opportunity to attend 2 of Derek's "Decoding Messages in Your Psychic Intuition" classes. They were not only a lot of fun, but gave participants some practical skills to use at home.

Derek by far the best psychic I have come into contact with. He is warm and welcoming, but beyond that, he was spot on with several very obscure things. He predicted that I would have a family meeting in the Middle East. I have a very non-Middle Eastern sounding name, however my mother is middle-Eastern. I visited Derek over a year ago. I'm really surprised to see the positive reviews here. He didn't say a single concrete word about my past or present which would help me understand that he was actually seeing or reading anything. His "predictions" about the future were so vague, it's simply unbelievable they could be called predictions. He was saying things like "I'm seeing you picking up your purse and going somewhere". Each of us picks up our purses and goes somewhere daily! The only not vague thing he said about the future is that I will be travelling

I had a reading a year or so ago. Derek is a really nice guy, but nothing he said came true. I did not move nor did I change my job. He had a vision of me traveling to work across a bridge. I am still walking to work, just as I have for the past three years, up and down a single long street. He told me I would be in a place that I'd write to others about with enthusiasm, and that has not happened. Whatever the case, it's my fault for inquiring. I think he tried his best, but I guess that didn't work in my case.

I had my 1st reading with Derek back in Oct2014. As Derek gave me several predictions in the future, I waited several months to write this review.
Derek gave several predictions and about 90% of them came true, almost every tarot card came true one by one. As my tarot card result was very positive, I am really happy with Derek.
I went to Derek at one of the lowest point of my life. Although he was just the messanger and have nothing to do with my future, he gave me something positive to look forward to and that was what I needed at that time.

I resisted writing a negative review for a long time coz I liked Derek a lot. I had 2 readings with Derek - 1 year apart. Sadly, nothing he said came true. I mainly went to Derek for my love life - or lack thereof - issues and he predicted a number of things, none of which sadly came true.

I have had many readings with people around the world. And I have to say that Derek is the best I've met. He is great in the way he analyzes and describes feelings and situations. I have had two readings with Derek so far, and everything he told me happened whether it was in the short run or in the long run. I just had to be patient to see it coming.

I had my reading with Derek back in May and have held off on writing a review for I was waiting to see if any of the predictions come to pass.
I would however like to state that Derek is very warm, welcoming, encouraging and a great person. He was willing to listen and address my questions and concerns. I'd assume card meanings are open to interpretation and in my case, the interpretations were very off. Nothing we spoke about has come remotely true in these past 10 months.

This is a tough one for me. I liked Derek. He was nice, sweet and very accommodating. I even found his postcard taro deck kind of charming. But ultimately the reading was way too general and generic to help me in any way. Now I have had country fair or side walk readings on occasion that cost a few bucks and did it purely for entertainment value and didn't put much stock in them but when you spend $175 on a reading, you want more. There was certainly a lot of chatter, but most of it didn't ring true nor did it contain anything I could really use. He made a couple of general predictions

I'm sorry, but I truly don't understand where all of these great reviews came from. Derek could not have been more vague in his interpretation of the cards. He actually looked at the cards, said a few random things, and then asked me to fill in where I thought that the cards could apply to my life. Um, isn't that kind of why I'm here paying you $175 of my hard-earned money, so you could tell me? After all of that, he switched his opinion back and forth, and pretty much gave me non-answers to everything I asked. This was one of the biggest wastes of money of my life and I feel

I've had a few readings with Derek over the past couple years, and I must say I am always impressed with how perceptive he is. I book sessions with him not only because his personality is quite likeable and his predictions are accurate, but because he is a valuable asset to my business. I went to Derek in August and was a little skeptical of his reading as well as his technique (using post cards). I thought, there is no way a lot of what he said could possibly be true. The experience was nice though. Very relaxing, calming environment. He sends you an mp3 of the reading and that way you can go back and listen to it. It's been 5 months since my reading and have gone back and listened to it. I can't believe how accurate he was on so many different aspects of my life. It's quite amazing. Had a reading about 2 weeks ago with Derek, and from the beginning I could tell he was absolutely gifted. I loved his post card tarot card deck- the pictures were so easy to relate to and understand. The environment is completely peaceful and relaxing, and this session is just what I needed. The mp3 recording I received was so helpful and allowed me to gain so much more insight from our session. I cant wait to go back for another reading in a few months!
