Since the beginning in 1988, Red Barn Furniture has always been family owned and operated. Founded by Mallo Bisset on the advice of a friend who suggested that with her outgoing, friendly personality, Mallo would be a great success in running her own business. After finding a building for lease (which previously had been a furniture store) in the small town of Stuart, Florida, she set up shop.
First selling used furniture, and eventually finding her niche with wicker furniture. Mallo soon realized that she loved her new career! These days the shop has branched out from selling mostly wicker to other casual furniture, and a large selection of outdoor furniture, as well. Additionally, Mallo Bisset is also quite an accomplished artist and you will find her colorful palette knife paintings for sale, too.

Our unique little shop located in Stuart, Florida aims to please with an assortment of quality casual & patio furnishing for your home. Our focus is on coastal inspired pieces for your casual lifestyle. Formal and fussy is not in our vocabulary. We pride ourselves on friendly, personalized service, and we try to do whatever we can to deliver to you products that meet and beat your expectations.
Almost all of our indoor seating is made right here in Florida, so the fabric selection is especially well suited for our area. Sectionals are very popular right now and with all the different configurations available you can order one that fits your room perfectly. Grey Wash, Cottage White, Royal Oak, Black Teak Wash, White Teak Wash, or Vintage Smoke finish 5 Plynth Base.
All of our occasional tables are available "a la carte" so you aren't obligated to have the traditional three piece set of coffee table with two matching side tables (unless you want to, of course). Island Breeze End Table by Sea Winds Frame is made of kiln dried solid wood products with woven accents.
We offer a wide selection of TV stands including: wicker or rattan, wood, tall, corner, large wall units, deluxe for large TVs, and more. Many styles are offered in your choice of finishes, with some being available in up to 50 finishes for a custom look for your home. So if you have a small portable TV going into a guest room or a 70 flat screen in your home theater room we hope to have something to suit your needs!
Console: Loosely defined as a piece of furniture with or without doors for storing or displaying something. If you don't see what you are looking for here, please check under Accent Pieces & Tables or Occasional Tables as well. These reclaimed pieces have a limited availability. It is best to come and see what we have in stock at any given time.

Doesn't look like much from the outside but don't let that fool you. Large variety of furniture, bright colors. Customer service is great, we called before we came and our call was answered right away. Unlike our awful visit down the Street to Family furniture, who didn't even answer their phone and months later still hasn't returned an email we sent with questions about an item on their site.
Red barn is for sure a place we will visit and shop the next time we need furniture.

We have a Cottage Creek bed and we were looking for some nightstands and a chest. I called and emailed 7 Florida furniture stores -- we were willing to drive to get the pieces. After emailing Red Barn, we received an email from Alex who said that she had just received two nightstands and a chest in this collection. During the pandemic, furniture has become difficult to find and most stores do not even respond. It was so great to receive a prompt email. I put down a deposit and rented a mini van to drive from Fort Lauderdale to Stuart. I arrived when the store opened. Alex had left the pieces in
